You're not just a CEO, a real estate agent, or a consultant; you are the CEO of a divine calling, and your board chairman is the creator of the universe. This perspective transforms pressure into purpose.
Working for the Lord means your standard is not the market, your competitors, or even your own high expectations. Your standard is grace and excellence, driven by love for the One who gave you the skills and opportunities you possess. It frees you from the need for human approval and the fear of human failure.
